Our client was unable to meet the reporting requirements to inspect their 16,000+ pieces of equipment in explosive environments. Without sufficient Ex inspection reporting, the operator and certifying authority were unable to confidently assess the integrity of their equipment –putting our client’s License to Operate for the facility at risk.
After gathering all of our client’s data, we embedded their workflows and processes into our EX app and readied it for testing. Our client’s workflows and processes were embedded into the app’s functionality –this ensured the final result would be compliant with License To Operate requirements.
As always, we designed our solution with user functionality in mind. The easy-to-navigate interface allowed for simple access to reports for corporate or industry stakeholders –including the certifying authority. We then created a user portal to grant the certifying authority with full access to the facility’s Ex equipment before readying the app for final testing and deployment.
